ya replace replace the pads when doing rotors as the wear patterns will lessen the life of the rotors. at any auto parts store they normally have a kit that you can buy to paint the calipers. i picked it up and painted my old camaro's calipers red.
quick pick I could find... pretty easy to do with the brake line still attached
