Hello,

Thanks for the purchase of UMI Products

The installation of these items fairly simple and the hardest part is getting the old stuff broke loose. PB Blaster is your friend.

Here are the some tips...

Control Arms- Install one side at a time, removing both control arms at once will allow the rear end to move to much and make installing the new arm difficult. When you unbolt the control arm the rear end will shift, usually back. It is good to have a friend help push the rear end forward while you get the bolt in.

Relocation brackets- Read the instructions for these first but the installation is pretty easy. One thing I recommend is using sand paper or a wire wheel and cleaning the control arm mount good before installing the brackets. Any rust build up will make the brackets harder to slide over the mount. We make these fit good and tight so you may want to use a rubber mallet to tap them on place.

Panhard- This is the same as the control arms. Once you unbolt it the rear end will shift. Have a friend push on the tire to move it over while you place the bolt in the hole. Also a note, the factory bolts are tapered and can only be installed one way.

Lastly, tighten all bolts while the suspension is loaded, this insures there is no suspension bind. Tighten them to 90 ft lbs (instructions say 72 which is factory specs)

Hope that helps
Ryan
