Do You Prefer A4 or M6?
I know this thread could go on for days, but curious as an overall car and what you use it's purpose for. I know there's benefits all across the board for each tranny. Just curious on what people's preference is?

A4 for the reason of daily driving. Wouldnt want to sit in Fred Vegas traffic without it.
How fast can you shift your M6?
Bet my A4 shifts faster!

Automatic. Sure, the slushbox can be fun but nothing is as consistant as an automatic transmission. With the right stall, the auto wins hands down.

Perhaps, but most real world 'races' occur on straight highway roads.

Pushing down on the pedal does pretty much the same for me. I've had plenty of manual cars. The auto is just more forgiving and consistent.
Then again, a tall rear gear and a nice stalled setup helps a lot.

I'd much rather not have to worry about shifting when I am stuck on I-95 for a an hour in barely moving traffic. LOL.
