it could possibly mean that your pressure plate is not releasing properly or more likely like a synchro may not be popping out of a gear

I'd bleed the clutch and see if that helps. most tranny issues result from bad hydraulics

thanx for the advice. I was planning on bleeding the system. I just put a new clutch in a little over a month ago. Do you think it could also be that i havent done the drill mod?

drill mod wouldn't have any issue on that... more so when banging gears and even then I'm not so quite sure how effective the drill mod is or not after doing it personally myself.

ya flush the fluid and see if that helps... hot summer temps can help with the aging of the the brake fluid in there

ya just bleed the fluid and see what that does... that's the most simplest, easy thing you can do. otherwise yes you would have to pull the tranny to get to the slave

What year is your car? Did you change the master when you changed the clutch? Sounds like it may be a hydrolic issue

I would always replace the slave and master when doing a clutch swap...

it's a good idea whenever you in there to just replace all hydraulics as insurance... unfortunately you may have found out the hard way. but first bleed the system and report back
