Aftermarket Sway Bars
Anyone running a set of aftermarket sway's? Particularly the front? Thinking of picking up the Strano 35mm for the front but seeing if anyone has had experiences with other setups?

Can't go wrong with the Strano bars IMO
I have the 35/22 Hollow set and it corners flatter then yesterdays beer. But I also have the Strano Springs and Koni 4/4's to match with them.

Sway bars are an excellent upgrade for the 4th generation, the factory hollow front bar is really lacking the stiffness these cars need. The Strano bars are excellent sway bars and Sam has proven them to work, he races them and uses them. If you decide they are out of your budget range you can also consider a solid a chrome moly set from UMI, Sam sells these as well and he will be happy to make a recommendation to you.
Hope that helps,
Ryan

Hey, are you still looking to get these? I know a guy that just posted up a used set of Strano sway bars somewhere else for $300. It would save you about a hundred dollars off of ordering them new. He's up in WA i think

Suspension Upgrades
We have completely upgraded the suspension on my sons 1995 Z28. We used Spohn chrome moly components: Front and rear sway bars, lower control arms, adjustable panhard bar and chasis mount torque arms. We also have SLP subframe connectors. Just installed Koni 4/3 Yellow shocks and Strano 1.2" lowering springs. All stages of the upgrade process have yielded dramatic results, but the complete package of suspension modifications has given the Z28 an unbelievable increase in handling. The ride quality was also improved significantly by the Koni shocks. With 400 rwhp our Camaro is truely an awesome package now.

I got a WS6 32mm front and a Spohn 22mm rear and I could tell a big difference. I was reading Strano's advice about not running a 1" rear without a 35mm front because of some problems.

Sam's advice is always great, a 1" bar is two stiff regardless. That is why we both use 22mm rear bars, which is 7/8". Now if you are using a 1" hollow bar you might be okay since the tubular style will be less stiff.
