Default suspension question

hi all, I have an 02 firebird v6 with original oem suspension. the car has about 63,000 miles on it, and the suspension makes a slight creeking sound over every bump and when i apply the breaks with normal pressure. when do i know that the suspension should be replaced?

the bushings in most should situations should last 75,000-100,000 miles depending on the type of driving style. the squeaking can be caused by the bending of metail or more so the bushings being worn out to cause some "play"

...polyurethane bushings would be recommended
