Anyone Close To Breaking 10's Here?
Just seeing if we have any FAST cars in here yet Or anyone actually in the 10's?
So what's everyone trapping?

11.84 @ 123 on my old setup before the cam, stall, intake, bottle warmer, purge, better tires, and a bigger shot. haven't been to the track on the new setup, but it should be pretty close to the 10's, if not in the high 10's

ya I'm sure you'd be damn close... what was your setup before and what size shot?

the cam and stall will help big time... you'll be dead bottom 11's if not pushing into the 10's. drag radials on the back?

My best on the stock converter and 2.73s was 13.3@103 with a 2.2 60ft. 2 years ago
Now im running 3.73s w/2300stall, and re-worked heads, so i should be mid-high 12s with maybe a 105-107trap. But i mostly do circle track and road racing.

Old setup:
Stock LS1 81.5K miles
Stock 4L60E w/ 4K ST Yank converter
275/50/15 M/T drag radials
Stock 10 bolt w/ 3.42 gears
150 NX wet shot
11.07 @ 121 w/ 1.56 60'
I wasn't hooking out of the hole on the 150 shot so I had to launch on motor and then activate the nitrous once I was rolling.
Now I have a TH400 rmvb trans but I won't be able to launch it properly until I get a 9" put in... and that's going to be a little while.

thanks guys! still kinda aggravated i got kicked off the track. I know if I could have stayed and made another pass or two I would have hit the 10's. I guess I'll just have to throw a cage in the car and try it again

10.89@124 w/1.52 60' on the old setup (stock engine, cam, 67mm turbo, th-400, 9" w/3.50 gears)
Hoping to get some good runs soon, the only track I have been to here you get 2 or 3 passes a day after waiting an hour or 2 in line. Need to get my launches down and then see what it will do on the new setup (iron block 370, stock crank, forged rods and pistons, stock 243 heads, th-400, 9" w/3.50 gears, and a TC78 turbo).
