Site Suggestions?
This site obviously is still in a "beta" phase but did anyone have any suggestions for the site in general? Taking in all comments for now and will exploit what's necessary.

Looks like forum area overkill right now because it's so new. Other than a custom skin, it's starting to shape up nicely.

- I might suggest the "Lounge" section to be placed up on top, right above the "New Member Introductions" thread. It will definitely be the most visited thread with the most traffic.
- Also the video section states work safe and vehicle related material only. I might recommend a random video section. i.e humerus, musical, or anything else the OP deems interesting enough to post, all the while staying safe for work.
- Sometimes a "Military" section is nice, quite a few Army guys etc like to post on car forums and they like a common place to converse together.
- Also something I would like to see but never have, is an image thread devoted ENTIRELY to 4th gen F-bods with aftermarket rims. Wheel choice is an extremely difficult task and it would be nice to have a collective place with all the images together to aid in discussion and decision.
- More graphics! Across the top banner or something of the sort might be nice.
Anyways thats about all I can really think of about now. I really like the simplicity of this site thus far. It's not cluttered and overwhelming like the other forums I post at. Your doing a great job, good work. Hopefully we can really get this place up and going,
Connelly

the reason the lounge is near the bottom of the forum is to keep the "theme" of the site, technical and general discussion about the 4th gen. otherwise too much focus may be made if it's up at the top.
forums will be expanded upon as time passes, just a matter of filling up the current sections and going from there. TOO BIG of a forum is not always a good idea to start out with as it can feel "intimidating" and full of "space"
far as the wheel thread, that's not a problem creating a complex thread in the wheels/tires section.
...also the logo isn't final and is currently at a stand still at the moment. it will be expanded upon as well :stretch:
thanks for the input guys! keep it coming...

what about a new post or unread post section, so that every time you visit you see can see the new post 1st?

x4 or whatever on the V6 section.
title could be "L36" in keeping with the other engine titles
also: the color scheme is a bit hard to read... maybe switch the background to a charcoal gray or the text to something besides Navy Blue?

lol I know Kris through a different F-body forum, and he's always chiming in with his more years of experience than I have.
Btw, a Bodywork section would be nice under the "drivetrain suspension appearance" heading
