most online vendors sell complete kits that you can purchase. what cube size you looking for? you might as well get a complete kit and not just the crankshaft since it would be down... no use in reusing the stock internals.

i need a few hundred dollars more to go ahead and get the block then the build will start. it will be a slow build though. it'll be an ls6. the biggest i've seen is the 427 kit. is there any bigger than that. if not, looks like i will be going with the 427.

427 out of a LS6??? I wouldnt even try to do it on that block... Not enough walls to bore!

with a ls1 or ls6 block the biggest i would go would be a 383... Just add a 4.00 crank and call it a day!

TSP sells whole stroker kits... Cranks, pushrods and pistons

if you are intent on doing the 427, you can get a 6.0L iron block for a lot cheaper than you're getting that LS6 block and go bigger with it to make more cubes and power. Just FYI, because I don't remember if you already bought the LS6 block or not
