Default Cats getting kinda clogged I think

I am thinking about deleting my cats or at least gutting them. Since I have o2's after the cats am I gonna throw the SES and need it programmed out or will it be OK??

you will continuously throw codes if you don't get the rear O2's tuned out or use sim's... your PCM will be thinking it's getting the wrong readings constantly. SES lights are never good
