Default Raizin Voltage Performance Chip Module. Is it legit?

I saw this for sale on a few websites. I am always skeptical when I see cheap chips/gas savers advertised. I have been searching all over the internet for reviews on this voltage stabilizer, but I cannot find anything definitive. Does anyone here know if it works well? Thanks.

I've heard of performance add-on chips for LT1 F-bodies, but they were designed for the 1993 production year only, if I'm not mistaken. From 1994 on, the car already comes with a programmable computer, to which you need to buy a tool to change the tune settings on the engine and other things. Check with your car's production year, and compare it to either a programmer or both it and a chip add-on before anything else. As far as finding out a good brand, look for a tuning shop with a dyno that is local to you, and ask them about it. They should be able to answer your questions.
